🛕 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only in the following situations:
  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the original invoice

Please note, due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items like incense, oils, consecrated items, or customized pooja kits
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window

  • To request a return, kindly contact our support team with the following details:
  • Your Order ID
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

💸 Refund Process
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll ask for your bank details to process the refund
  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

❌ Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order will fall under our return policy guidelines.
