🛕 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only in the following situations:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the original invoice

Please note, due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

Opened or used items
Items like incense, oils, consecrated items, or customized pooja kits
Items returned beyond the 7-day window

🔄 How to Request a Return

To request a return, kindly contact our support team with the following details:

A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

💸 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll ask for your bank details to process the refund
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

❌ Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order will fall under our return policy guidelines.
